Description
Includes a subset of projects from AidData's Geocoded Global Chinese Official Finance dataset with 'flow_class' values of 'OOF-like'. These projects roughly correspond to the OECD's definition of Other Official Flows (OOF) in that they lacked development intent and or they have an insufficiently high level level of concessionality (i.e. they did not have a grant element of at least 25%). Includes only projects with 'status' values of 'implementation' or 'completion.'
